Due to the digital nature of our products, we have established the following refund and cancellation policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all parties.
1. Cancellation Policy
Report Purchases:
Since our auction sheet reports, Carfaxx reports, and US auction photo history reports are
generated and delivered digitally immediately after purchase, cancellations are not
possible
once the report has been accessed or downloaded.
- If you have placed an order but have not yet accessed or downloaded the report, you may
request a cancellation by contacting our customer support team at

within 1 hour of purchase.
- Once the report is accessed or downloaded, the sale is considered final, and no
cancellations
can be processed.
Subscription Services (if applicable):
If JPAS offers subscription-based services, cancellations can be made at any time. However,
the
cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated
refunds
will be issued for the remaining period.
2. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
1. Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same report more than
once, please
contact us immediately. We will review your request and issue a refund for the duplicate
purchase.
2. Incorrect Report: If you receive a report that does not match the vehicle or

requested, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We will
investigate and, if the error is on our part, provide a corrected report or issue a
refund.
3. Technical Issues: If you are unable to access or download the report due to
technical
issues on our platform, we will resolve the issue promptly or provide a refund if the issue
cannot be resolved.
4. Missing or Incomplete Information: If a report is missing critical
information (e.g.,
auction photos, vehicle history details) that was advertised as included, please contact us for
a resolution or refund.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- The report has been accessed, downloaded, or used.
- The customer provided incorrect vehicle details (e.g., VIN, chassis number, auction ID) at the
time of purchase.
- The customer changes their mind or no longer needs the report after purchase.
- The report content is accurate but does not meet the customer's expectations (e.g., vehicle
condition, history, auction grade, or photo quality).
